Woodland Ford has a new, happy customer for life, even though I purchased my 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid from another Ford dealership. After reading other positive reviews, I switched to Woodland Ford for the newest recall service, previous recalls and warranty maintenance necessitating a lost workday and the expense of a daily rental. I felt like I'd been treated to the red carpet by Jim, then Sophie, then the service advisor who actually performed the recall maintenance at my house, Eddie.
