My experience at Rod Baker Ford was truly exceptional. This wasn’t my first time leasing a vehicle, and I had done plenty of research before visiting a dealership. Initially, I connected with a Costco representative online. While helpful, the interaction felt overly pushy, and I quickly noticed that my specific needs were being overlooked just to close a deal. That’s when I decided to visit Rod Baker to test drive a new Ford Explorer. I had previously leased a 2022 Explorer and absolutely loved it, so I was hoping to find the ST-Line model with similar features—and maybe a few upgrades. From the moment I arrived, Mark was incredibly kind, attentive, and never pushy. He truly listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make it happen. To my surprise, I left with the exact car I dreamed of—complete with a premium package—and a deal I was genuinely happy with. The sales manager was also fantastic, taking the time to clearly explain every detail of the process. A few days after finalizing the lease, I experienced a minor screen glitch in the car. I reached out to Mark, and within minutes, he had everything arranged for me to stop by so the service manager could take a look. When I arrived, the manager was already waiting and ready to help. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed and resolved the issue while clearly explaining what had happened. I had heard really good things about Rod Baker Ford before from my friends. The vehicle that I bought was perfectly (lower than market) priced and left me no option but to buy.
