Matt Farmer was very nice, not pushy at all, very pleasant gentleman. Nice experience, had exactly what I was looking for, all questions answered. Kitty in Finance is a jewel, great person, very helpful. Twin City Buick - GMC is highly recommended, great purchasing experience (2nd vehicle from them). Service is always top notch, great people, very accommodating.

This review has to do with the Service Department. They have treated me very well. This is true even though I purchased all 3 cars they have serviced at different dealerships (other states or regions, for instance). I would recommend them for service. (I have not had a lot of experience on the sales side.) Brian Scates, the Service Manager, is fantastic! He has treated us very well.
