After much procrastinating, got my vintage Civic in for a recall issue. Megan did an excellent job managing the service and letting me know options for other services. She was very informative and helpful even when I declined other work. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Coggin Honda on Atlantic for work and would shop for cars here too based on the excellent service center.

**Update: They rectified this issue by sending someone over to my house to pick up my vehicle, completed the mini detail, and delivered it back to my home within a few hours. Additionally, the filled up my gas tank before returning the vehicle for all the inconvenience. Solid save! Though they do need improvements in their appoint scheduling system, emails, and service delivery to avoid future occurrences of unhappy customers. **End of Update: Nice car, poor service/perks… I purchased a brand new CR-V Hybrid Sport back in February 2023. The dealership sends out an email with a free anniversary mini car detail 1 year later. I came in for my appointment a couple weeks ago and the wait for the free anniversary detailing was 5+ hours. The scheduler staff offered to reschedule for an 8 am morning appointment to get me in and out as quick as possible. I rescheduled for 8 am this morning. So I drive 25+ minutes through rush hour traffic, only to arrive to be informed that it won’t be completed until 3 pm. That’s 7 hours! That is not in and out, in fact, that’s a longer wait than my original appointment! For a free service, as a thank you for choosing their dealership, they make it completely inconvenient to redeem it for most people’s schedules. Just tell me up front that I will never receive my car back in a timely manner for this free service, or leave a disclaimer in your offer email that you should expect a 6+ hour wait. They clearly mark this free detail as low priority. This is not a way to treat a new, high paying customer. I’ll just detail my car myself. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. And since it’s a hybrid, the free 2 years of maintenance (oil change and tire rotations) included with the new vehicle purchase only amounts to 2 total free services (1 service per 10k miles). Additionally, free multi-point inspections are included within those 2 years of complimentary service. I recall coming in a few thousand miles early for my free service, because the email they send prompted me to schedule the appointment. And when I arrived for that some months ago, they said I was too early and to come back around 10k miles or when oil light turns on. At that time I had wanted them to check the alignment because my fiancée hit a curb and they denied my request and told me I had to wait until I reach my mileage/oil quota. All in all, they don’t offer much when you buy brand new, so don’t expect much. Reach out to me if you want to provide me with the detailing in a timely manner and I’ll remove my rating of your poor service.

GREAT dealership to deal with. STEPHEN WELNETZ is the best salesman. He was easy to work with. I felt no pressure from him. I wanted to work the deal over email as i am extremely busy. Stephen made the transaction so smooth, he even picked me up from the airport to take delivery since I live out of state. The deal was so good and easy we decided to buy 2.
