I bought my 2014 Honda from Lucchettis in 2019. I decided to stay with them for service, one of the best decisions I ever made! The service department has always been great but recently, they saved me thousands of repair dollars. After over 2 hours of trying to determine why my heat wouldn’t shut off, they were ready to remove the dashboard, which would incur a 4 digit repair! Happily, Jeffrey wanted to make one last attempt to release a jammed duct door…he was successful in dislodging a piece of glass that had fallen into the vent! On Valentine’s Day, I had a piece of ice fly from a truck into my windshield, glass was everywhere! I’m so so grateful that he didn’t give up! This is just one instance of how they care for their customers…I won’t go anywhere else!
This is the second time I have gone to Lucchetti's for service and I cannot say enough about them. Sean and Brian have always been extremely attentive and communicative. The most impressive and truly valuable aspect of this place is their honesty. This most recent repair I was told "I want to honest, you do not need to get this done, but it may be in your best interest." I will always trust their opinion.
