By far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from Wilmington NC to purchase from the Griffin dealership after easily working out a deal on a new Grand Highlander remotely with Raul. Raul not only answered all of my questions and gave me a fair deal but he didn’t do heavy sales pressure like the other dealerships I contacted. He kept me up to date on my vehicles arrival. We were in and out quickly to sign papers and then Raul showed us all the features of the car. We are very happy with our purchase!
