Avondale Toyota was an excellent experience from top to bottom and I appreciated how their model set you up with a single point of contact from beginning to the end. My sales manager Manuel Mendoza contacted me through email, cell, text and met me at the front to discuss my needs and wants. He explained their business model of selling at MSRP and not including dealer add ons that many others have done during shortages to increase margins. Throughout this process I felt taken care and trusted them way more than any other dealer in Arizona! Avondale Toyota and Manuel were completely transparent on their inventory, promotions, and pricing something that you can get at other places after 2 hours of negotiating if at all. Examples off the top of my head would be Avondale showing me the MSRP that was actually MSRP unlike Right, Camelback, Earnhardt and Berge who stuffed between 3K-15k in add ons to vehicles like the Prius or Corolla and try to force you to buy a vehicle they showed you. There were no high pressure sales tactics or games played here! Not only that Manuel was highly knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to make sure his info was correct. I even got to try the BZ4X XLE BEV suv that really surprised me. They blew me away after a week of terrible visits and messaging with other Toyota dealers. Def check them out if you're in the area!

Fantastic service! Tried out a new Toyota dealership today for my service work and can’t be happier. My service advisor was Junior Solis and he did an amazing job. My vehicle was completed before Promised time! Kudos to the whole team down there at Avondale Toyota!
