**Took the 6hr drive down yesterday to pick up my car and its running perfectly fine! An entire engine replacement took them 3 weeks for them whereas dealers around home wouldn't have even looked at it for a month. They took amazing care of my car & kept me informed throughout the process. I definitely have no need to go back to PA especially that far in, but if I ever need them again I know my cars needs would be in great hands** My car is still there so I’m reviewing based on my experience so far. I live in NH and took my 23 Bronco Sport on a road trip to Chicago for a music festival. On the way home my car broke down on I-80 where we sat for 5hrs waiting for a tow ANY tow to get us. We finally got someone and they brought us to State College Ford as I had reserved a rental at enterprise at the airport. We got there around 7pm after hours & began the 6hr journey back home. The next morning they had gotten my car in already. Few hours later I get a call from Jim who’s taking care of my car & says my entire engine needs replacing and they have already ordered the parts needed. The service manager Brian got my rental covered with Ford for me. This place has absolutely no obligation to do the work as fast as they are doing it or take care of me as well as they are I’m not from there, I’m not a customer of theirs, & yet they are extremely helpful and consciousness of the situation I was in and how I have to take a 6hr drive there & then go 6hrs back home. Here in my area this job would be months. Brian and Jim have been amazing to me & I will forever be grateful to them!

John Morris and his sales team did a fantastic job . I was in my New Ford Maverick in a very short period of time . I’m very satisfied and highly recommend State College Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car .

State College Ford was attentive to my needs and circumstances. They were informative and kept me update to date during the nearly year long process of ordering my hybrid. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle, experience, and the service I got from the salesman and the entire State College Ford team.
