Lisa was really great. When I got my car in for service she helped me right away. She was very friendly and professional. I really like that the service department sends a video and updates while my car was there. They were very good at getting my car repaired in a timely manner.

It is always a pleasure doing business with GMC Rivertown. It was my first time using the drop off service and I was surprised how effective the service worked. Mr Greg always great me with a smile and end with a warm good bye. My wait was about 5 minutes due to Mr Greg helping the person before me but another employee stepped up and told Mr Greg that he will pull my paperwork and bring my car (I wished I got the person name). Talking about Excellent service. Once Greg closed me out it took less than 5 minutes because of the great team work. I will continue to return for my service.
