My husband and I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from Eric. I truly believe no one likes buying a car—at least I can say, I am not a fan, because most of us have never had a good experience. I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Lightning Pro with 70 miles on it from Maxwell Ford, and overall, it was a really fast and smooth process. Troy Malovey was my sales guy—super easy to work with and made the whole experience straightforward. One thing I will mention is that I wish I had gotten a bit more information about owning and maintaining an EV. That said, I didn’t bring it up during the buying process, so that’s on me too. I just ended up doing a lot of research on my own afterwards. That said, I’m extremely happy with the truck so far—I’ve already put almost 1,000 miles on it, and it’s been awesome as my commuter/ work truck.
