2024 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

We bought a 2024 expedition max platinum from Bob Tomes Ford the other day. We also traded in a 2018 expedition max. We got a great value for our trade and they basically gave us as much as they could off of the new vehicle. Most importantly, it was an easy process. The manager, Travis, did not hide in the back and came to deal with me at the salesman’s table, cutting hours and frustration out of the process. Honest group, and stood by the price we agreed on. I’m very pleased with them and look forward to doing all of my maintenance with their service team as I have done for years. Khalid and Jay were also great on the sales team. I recently purchased a 22 gt500. Not the first vehicle I’ve purchased here. Jackson, took very good care of me. Even delivered my car an hour away. The first week I had it I noticed a noise. Tim scheduled me in for service. The problem was intermittent, so I had to leave it with them. Tim quickly discovered that the previous owner had made a suspension modification. Of course they didn’t know about it, and I thought I was purchasing an all original collector gt500, so I was pretty upset. Tim mentioned that sales might be able to help me restore it to original condition. The car had only 4000 miles and I bought the extended warranty and it was certified. I called my bruh Jackson and he was determined to make it right. However he was unable to make the decision to fix it. I ended up talking with the sales manager Josh who was very helpful. Despite the modification not being their responsibility, he insisted on taking care of it for me at no cost, to ensure I was satisfied. It was ready the next day. Anyway, it was a bit of a mess, but not because of Bob Tomes. Tim, Josh, and Jackson went above and beyond, and I will be purchasing more vehicles from them, despite living an hour away, with two closer Ford dealers. Thanks for everything! Since it takes a lot to satisfy me when I am car shopping...it must have all of the bells and whistles, I am constantly using the CAR GURUS app to do a lot of searching. I purchased a 2020 low-mileage Lincoln Corsair Reserve in September, 2023. I liked everything about it EXCEPT the slate gray interior and the more I drove it, I just wasn't happy with the size. So I started looking at the Lincoln Nautilus, a size larger, via Car Gurus. I had looked at several around the metroplex, but was really looking closely at the one offered at Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney. I kept up with the usually once weekly price drops they kept including. I was sure someone would grab it before I was able to get from Denton to McKinney to look at it. Luckily, they did not. When I saw it, it was even more beautiful than I had expected and the color both inside and out are fantastic...just what I wanted. I was met by Sales Assoc, Aaron Loya. He showed me the car and let me test drive it. I pretty much loved it immediately. However, I only wanted to finance it using my credit union in Denton. It's just more convenient and they only request a credit report from Trans Union so the other two bureaus were not touched. It took a lot of back and forth because I really didn't think I could afford it. Well, I couldn't when presented with the first two payment options. They worked really hard to get it down to a payment I could afford and threw in a 3 year complete warranty. So, I was very pleased with the results.
