Just would like to share my experience at prosper Ford dealership first off when I pulled in I was greeted immediately. It was a nice clean service area. Everybody was very polite and I enjoyed my service advisor. He was down to earth and made me feel super comfortable about leaving my car there, when I received the update on my car, it was a great review to receive online. When we communicated he was very professional down to earth and just an over all around great service advisor so shout out to Loren my car was delivered by Jim he was very professional and kind and it was a great experience. I just can't say enough about Lauren he really took the time to make sure that everything was taken care of on my car, they made it as easy as possible, and it was very convenient. I have been to several Ford dealerships purchase several vehicles and had them service at several different dealerships around DFW I have been looking for a Ford dealership that I can feel comfortable taking my vehicle to.
