We purchased a car on Aug 1st from Sunny King Ford. Drove from NW GA after having horrible experience with a dealership in Fort Payne. Our credit was not the greatest and we were very limited as to what we could afford to put down. Our salesman was Herb, who went above and beyond to help us get in to a vehicle. We were very well taken care of as we waited for financing and for everything to be finalized. Highly recommend!

First of all my sales guy was pretty cool and glad he went to bat for me and work on things to get the car I wanted. I bought a 2024 bronco badlands coupe. The experience was pretty good in that regards. The bad part- it took 2 hours to get the first set of numbers. Not only did it take 2 hours to get the first set of numbers but they where pushing a credit card application for the down payment when I knew I didn’t want that, nor need that, nor would I get approved for that. Still didn’t know any numbers and came to realize that we only needed a reasonable down payment which was already mentioned was feasible. So my advice to the dealership be more up front with the numbers, also stop trying to blindly push that credit card onto your customers. I love the car tho I think I’m gonna have to bring it back to have a setting checked on it. Overall I would recommend the dealership but I would not recommend that whole credit card ordeal. I personally just did what was needed to get the new car and I did get a great interest rate!
