1994 Ford Explorer

My wife and I were struggling to find a family sized car without being hassled with all the extra add-on fees and features. Found a single owner van with low miles on CarGuru’s which directed me to Hayes. From the moment I reached out till walking out the door with our new keys, the team at Hayes were extremely helpful and pleasant to do business with. The trade in offer we received on our previous car was also far greater than what we were expecting, super generous of the Hayes team. My wife and I drove away with big smiles as we were proud of our financial decision rather than dreading the purchase. We will be back!

Outstanding customer service! No pressure from anyone we dealt with, had any questions we asked answered. We went looking for a used car and found exactly what we were looking for. Maurice was pleasant, answered our questions, and even asked some of his own when we weren't interested in a different model (he was genuinely curious). No issues with us kicking the tires, popping the hood, or spending time checking out the interior. Easy to test drive and made sure we weren't interested in anything else. We had great conversations with him as well. Pricing was appropriate for what we were looking at. Finance department (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name) was great, explained everything (we declined extended warranty so we didn't ask any questions about that) and answered the couple questions we had. John (owner) came out and chatted with us also and made sure to give us a well intentioned hard time. Overall, it felt like we were dealing with friends, or at least strangers who cared about us having a good experience. 10/10 would recommend checking out their inventory and giving them a visit if you're in the market for a used car.

Very helpful people from employees to owner (Curt, Jeff, & Mr. Hayes). We were not pressured any point. We were able to buy the car we wanted at an affordable price/payment. Recommend!
