2025 Ford Bronco Raptor 4x4

I bought my 2024 Chevy Trax from Shelby. I had come across her post on FB marketplace. She provided excellent customer service and made this buying experience super easy. She even took the time to show me the ins and outs of my new vehicle once the deal was done. Mr. Plumley, in the finance department, was also very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the finance questions that I had. I am over the moon happy with my purchase and very thankful that I bought from Oviedo Chevrolet.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Jeep dealer. I am originally from St. Louis and moved here in 2023. This was my first service on this vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with results. I’m so glad I live here now.

I purchased my truck from Oviedo 3 years ago. All my service work has been done at the dealership. Recently I was concerned about a rattle that appeared to be under the cab. Jason in the service department explained in very simple terms what was causing the rattle. That it would not do any harm to the performance of the truck and it would be expensive to eliminate the rattle. It's good to know they are not out to make a quick buck. I have had a good experience each time my truck has been in for service or repair. My next purchase will be from Oviedo.
