I live close to Wichita and had spoken to few Ford dealerships in the area. I was not happy with the repair information and/or numbers I was getting. A friend of mine suggested reaching out to Jeremy Biddle at Kline Motors. It ended up being excellent advice, as he was able to help out on a major repair. I ended up working with Brandy on the service details and she was awesome to deal with. It was well worth the drive to get away from the Wichita/ surrounding area dealerships.
