I can’t believe how amazing this dealership handle business. As an elected official in Riverside county this business should be the standard of excellence. They were able to get better financial rates than three other dealership. I’m happy with my new model S Tesla. They even went the extra mile to clean off some double sided tape the previous owner used to hang there phone. Love the service.

Great experience buying a 530e at ECARS. I have to say...these guys are top notch. My wife and I made the trip from Palm Desert with our new 12 week old puppy. They had us in and out of there in under 20 minutes. The online credit application went smoothly, producing a very low interest rate, and they held the car for us over the weekend. Peter and Ray were both great to deal with...very courteous, friendly and on the ball. The car was in extremely good condition. The paintwork had been polished swirl free. The wheels, chrome, door trim and interior were immaculate (see pictures). We've driven the car several hundred miles since purchase and it is perfect mechanically. Constructive criticism? hmm...I'm coming up empty.
