1997 Ford E-Series XL

Joel was very nice, and referred me to Nolan when I told him I may be looking for a new car. I didn't even know Enterprise had dealerships. Nolan made decisive use of small talk to work out my vehicle preferences and found a few options. I left with an SUV that I think my family and I will enjoy for a long time. I did have some issues with financing. My bank offered me a better interest rate than what I was going to get applying through the dealership, but they didn't get back to me about approval until a few days later. Tyler (Michigan State Boss Man) negotiated with the bank for me and was able to get them to match the interest rate my bank was offering, so I was able to leave the dealership with the car that day. Overall, it was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle, and I will recommend Enterprise when I have friends looking for vehicles. Also, the guy with the black beard is not my boyfriend! He's just a friend who happens to be a boy. I needed a ride home in case I didn't leave with a vehicle so I could leave the rental. ????

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Enterprise. The whole process was very straight forward, easy, and not stress inducing as car buying should be. I love the no-haggle sales method and never felt coerced to add anything extra to my vehicle that I didn’t need. My sales rep Allison was a pleasure to work with and I truly have no complaints and only positive things to say. I will most certainly be back when it’s time for me to purchase my next vehicle.
