Maurice was exceptional working with us on the sale and Anthony was exceptional in financing. The original offer on our trade-in was low. But, the sales manager increased it to a reasonable level consistent with Kelly Blue Book and we were thrilled to make the purchase of Tucson Hybrid and love the car so far..

Derrick was our sales consultant and he was so wonderful and kind. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and Derrick was very patient and answered all of our questions. It was great working with Anthony as well on the finances and he was clear and transparent with every step. I have gone to a few Hyundai dealerships before going to Capital and I can say this was the best experience I have had. It was a pleasure to work with both of them!

My experience with Capital Hyundai of Greensboro was nice, to the point and super helpful. I was able to ask for a sales rep pretty quick for an Ioniq 5 SEL and he was able to provide me an offer that beat my current offer. The contract signing process was smooth which is honestly not what i expected. They were able to put my mind at ease and make sure that I understood everything. I came an hour away from my residence to get my car and it was worth it to come here, I have had much worse experiences in other dealerships. The Sales Rep was "Derrick" and I highly recommend him, he worked on his off day to answer to my replies and arrange for a day for me to sign the contract. I came at the end of Friday to Greensboro an hour away from where I live. The staff was never pushy and was super understanding and Derrick waited for quite long after hours to make sure I understood everything about the vehicle and have a safe drive from the dealership.
