We had a wreck recently and needed a new vehicle. My brother works at Everett Chevrolet in Benton and was able to identify a vehicle in our price range that met our needs. We did the paperwork from Georgia and he delivered the vehicle within a day of our purchase. During my service, an issue came up and it turned out that I needed to get an alignment. The service agent came and showed me a printout that indicated the problem and the cost including the cost of the service I was there for. I was put under no pressure to have the extra work completed that day. After my service was complete, I was given a quote on a set of tires that I would need to replace soon. The quote included everything as well as taxes so I will have no surprises when I return to purchase the new tires. I found this to be very helpful for planning. Overall, my service was fast, and the agents were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
