2024 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

I just wanted to share my experiences with anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from Mooresville Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Scott. About a week ago my wife and I found a 2014 Toyota Tundra which was listed on their website for sale. We reached out to them and shortly after received a reply back from Michael. Michael let us know that the vehicle had not been serviced or detailed but we were welcome to come and look at it and he sent me pictures that I had requested. We made our way to the dealership and Michael showed us the vehicle. All throughout the process I felt like Michael and Scott were very transparent. We loved the way the vehicle looked and drove and decided to put down a deposit to hold it (Michael assured me that the deposit was completely refundable if for any reason I decided I did not want the truck). Then vehicle went through there service process which I felt was very thorough and exceeded my expectations (included over 100 inspection points, new wipers, filters, fluids changed, etc.) and then it went on to detail. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and was expecting a normal car lot detail (spray a little water and then cover it in armor-all). The truck looked like it rolled off the showroom floor once they were done, carpets and seats were shampooed, inside and outside was immaculate, again it exceeded my expectations. Once everything was done and it was ready to be sold I felt like they negotiated the price to something we both felt comfortable with. The truck even came with a full tank of gas, something which is very rare these days! 3 days after purchasing the vehicle Michael reached out and made sure we were still happy with our purchase. A+ to everyone at Mooresville Ford, thank you for an awesome buying experience.

Just got a 2023 F-150 4x4 yesterday and let me tell you… this dealership is AWESOME!! Mr. Rouse was a tremendous sales associate. Everyone at Mooresville ford is the best. Very accommodating and very friendly. HIGHLY recommend!
