Sean made the process of buying our 2023 GMC Acadia AT4 so easy. After leaving another dealership with a sense of anxiety, coming to MITCHELL GMC was something my partner and I weren’t 100% sure of. From the start, Sean made us feel comfortable and wasn’t pushy on selling us a car. We took the car for a simple test drive and we were hooked. Sean had no issue with us taking the night to talk it over and, when we returned the following day, he was ready to answer any questions we had. Signing the paperwork was quick and straightforward, both on Sean’s end and on the financing department end. I started out just wanting to look at options. Mike Miles met me at the vehicles and asked if he could help. After introducing myself he took me around and allowed me to look freely at vehicles. I didn’t feel any “salesman” pressure and continued my search with him. I told him what I wanted to do and I actually found a vehicle that I really liked. I told Mike not to call me unless I asked him to and gave him my phone number. He followed my request. After a few days of thinking I called Mike and told him I wanted to come down and take another look and get my own car assessed for trade in. I didn’t expect to complete my deal that day but I actually did! Everyone there was friendly and I didn’t feel like I had to purchase a car from them. Other dealerships I have been to prior to this visit at Mitchell, I drove off thinking I would never come back. They called and even sent me emails every other day! I didn’t have that experience here. Within an hour and a half of driving down to the dealership, I had pretty much made the deal. I was asked to come back several hours later so they could detail my car and get onstar set up. When I arrived later that afternoon, my car was backed up under the awning and was sparkling. Mike greeted me and we set up Onstar and the GMC app on my phone. Finalization of the paperwork was a breeze and explained to me thoroughly.
