Southfield businesses tend to either be exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Glassman seems to be one of the exceptionally good ones. I worked with Mike for a recall and some other work on my Kia. He kept me up to date, they were fairly prompt with the repair, and the price was reasonable.
Previously, I had thought of switching dealerships for service. During my current visit I received first class service and advice. My service man was dynamic he worked with me in recommending maintenace services needed. He was able to inform me of what items/issues were covered by my warranty. I now have faith in the Glassman Service Department once again.
