2023 Ford Bronco Base 4x4

The initial interactions started out a bit rough, because apparently the computer systems don't update when deposits and sales are made. However, Between Kayla's charming demeanor and Sales associate Charlie keeping his composure while I ran him ragged we decided to go ahead and have our oldest daughter purchase a used vehicle from them. Between some financing bumps, inspection hiccups, and just the fact that our daughter doesn't live in the immediate area it took a bit longer than we would have liked. Otherwise, I will say that the crew at Mathieu Ford was far more pleasant and way less agressive than another dealership our daughter went to. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend checking things out at this dealership. And a special thanks to Johnathan at Harr Ford in Worcester for doing business as you did, which reinforced our decision to work with the good folks at Mathieu Ford of Winchendon. Great Company with great employees from top to bottom. I haven't met somewhere there who isn't friendly and knowledgeable. When it came to the "brass taxes" of the transaction, their team was extremely honest and civil. I will recommend Mathieu Ford to all my friends and colleagues for all their vehicle purchase needs. I literally NEVER write reviews but my experience was so good I just had to. From my first inquiry to driving my awesome Expedition off the lot, I was treated amazingly. As a female car shopping, I went in assuming it would be a challenging experience. It was the opposite! Working with David Bufford was amazing- and the finance manager was low-pressure and didn't try to push anything on me. I HIGHLY recommend Mathieu Ford!
