2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

This parts department has a few of the kindest and most patient gentlemen I've met at this business .... That sales floor could learn something from them in public relations... and to the ladies in the office you all are very sweet thank you for all of your help. 5 stars for parts and office personnel... 1 star for the gentleman that couldnt be bothered to hear anything from a working class man! People like me help build this country... you just like to feel better about yourself by looking down at us little people ????

Morris Ford, was hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I watched the live stream unveiling of the Ford Bronco in 2020, and I couldn't wait to place my order. Prior to dealing with Morris Ford, I was very unhappy with the sales reps at multiple Capital District Ford dealerships. They were rude, pushy, and had bad vibes overall. I knew right away when Mike Richau picked up the phone that he was going to be the one! Mike is a kind and helpful guy. He went out of his way to explain the ordering process and was also flexible and accommodating of my complicated schedule. He made the buying process super smooth by having all the paperwork ready to go after my long day at work. Mike also had great follow up after my purchase and helped sort out a few things I didn't understand. My only regret is not heading to Morris Ford sooner. In a few years I'll probably get a Maverick to help balance out the Bronco MPG, and I know exactly where I'll be purchasing it from. Thank you Morris Ford & thank you, Mike Richau. -Alex
