2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

I can only speak on their service department. They haven't wronged me yet. They're pretty efficient. And each person I've dealt with has been respectful and nice. The Ford customer services have come a long way. Because of the customer service I get through them, it has earned my loyal business. That goes for other local Ford dealerships as well. But this one is no exception.

I was searching for an F350 and found a large assortment at Sands. Initially I couldn't find a truck so I ordered one but my accountant said gotta buy In 2023. My consultant Derek worked with me, sent my deposit back and helped me find an alternate truck. This is one of the MOST PROFESSIONAL car agencies I've ever worked with. The entire staff was Customer Centric. I highly recommend them.
