2021 Ford Bronco Big Bend Mid (222A) 4x4

Taking my Subaru to Earl Duff Pre-Owned for service is always an excellent experience. The customer service folks, Ashley and Doug are knowledgeable and always answer my many questions. The last time I had my oil changed, Doug let me know I will need new tires before winter. We discussed tires, he recommended two different models, and priced them for me. I feel confident my vehicle is in good hands!

I was on a long road trip when I started getting a worrisome vibration (2017 Outback). Ashley, Doug, and the crew fit me right in without an appointment, identified the problem (a tire belt separated), got it fixed and had me back on the road well inside two hours. All the while they kept me informed about the progress. And when I got back home I even found a tank you card from the shop, which was certainly an unexpected and sweet touch. Definitely recommend this place for service.

I bought my truck here a few months ago and love it. I also do all my service here as well. Really great place run by fantastic people. You won’t be disappointed!
