2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

I’ve been going to this particular branch for a while now and at one point even starting going out of my way to go to Greenville just because some of the employees acted like they could care less if I spent my money with them. My most recent visit was far different however. It looks like they have a new service rep who was very polite with me and when my service was done he actually took the time to go over everything with me. I also usually wait on my truck to get done and everyone just acts like I don’t exist but this time I was actually approached by a sales consultant just to make sure everything was going good with me and if I needed anything to just let him know. His name is Damion moragne so my next vehicle I purchase I’ll probably purchase it with him as my sales consultant. Thank you both for the pleasant experience ????

I had the pleasure of working with William here at Firmin. It was my first time buying a vehicle solo and I was very nervous about interacting with a salesperson. William was down to earth, easy to chat with, and very patient with my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in the least. He was encouraging and gave me great advice as a novice manual driver - I'm so happy with my new car.
