I had gone there for a new car to fit my lifestyle more, easier access and higher ground clearance, I went to test drive and the next day I was driving home in some new wheels. My wife and I went to Sedano Ford to look at a 2024 Mustang GT on Friday night. We'd already driven a comparable Camaro and Challenger and were planning to drive a couple more the following morning prior to making a purchase decision. We met Joseph who immediately helped us find the Mustang we were looking for and get out on a test drive. He was very personable, informative, and answered all our questions. My wife hadn't driven a manual transmission car for a few years so he even even took us to a parking lot to let her get comfortable with the car prior to taking it on the road. EXTREMELY helpful so she could enjoy the test drive without being stressed out. We still had full intentions of driving the other vehicles at this point even though my wife LOVED the Mustang. Joseph ran some quick numbers for us on the price of the car and for our trade value. At the end of the day (well night...) they made us a very competitive offer we couldn't refuse. Needless to say we drove the Mustang home and couldn't be happier. Joseph and the team there were very easy going, transparent with their pricing, professional, and fair. I recently purchased a new Mustang Mach-E from Sedano and it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. To begin, I was contacted by Freddy Wagner who is hands down the nicest and most KNOWLEDGEABLE sales person I have encountered. From the initial convo, I could tell this guy knew his stuff when it came to cars, specifically EVs. He got to know me and what I needed and made a plan to come in for an early morning test drive. He coordinated an appraisal for my trade-in that was currently in service at the dealership and had it ready when I arrived. By the time the test drive was over, I felt like I was buying a car from a friend not a stranger. He never came off pushy, never made me feel uncomfortable. When it came time to negotiate, he listened and advocated for me until we reached a number I felt comfortable with. I don’t think I would have purchased a car that day, had it not been for Freddy. He deserves all the praise! Thank you, Freddy! I was able to get in and out in time to pick up my kid from school and enjoy a joy ride. They LOVE the panoramic roof on the Mach-E and it’s such a fun car to drive. In short, if you are interested in buying a car at Sedano (especially an EV) Freddy Wagner is your guy!
