Awesome awesome experience pulled off the interstate and within 15 minutes we were on the road again thank you Jon and Seth for your amazing customer service on the Saturday of the September long weekend it is no Surprise to me that people in Effingham were telling us to go to Owen Ford In Marshall. Highly recommend! I took my Toyota Sienna to get an oil change and see if they could find the rattle that was coming from the back driver side. I have had it in other shops trying to fix it and all were unsuccessful. Owen Ford came through fixing the rattle the other shops couldn’t find and a quick turnaround!! Great team of mechanics and service was superb!
Owen Ford went above and beyond to not only get our vehicle in to fix a major issue, but made sure to have it done in a very short timeframe so that we would not have to change vacation plans! They even vacuumed our car out for us so it was ready to pack for the trip! Thank you so much Owen Ford for Phenomenal customer service!!!
