2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

I just had my truck serviced here, (coopersville betten baker failed me when selling me a truck) and ford went above and beyond. Did an inspection for me that I didn’t ask for. Properly diagnosed before just repairing. And fixed it properly. Price ended up being $100 less than quoted also, so that was nice.

We just bought a used truck from here on Monday. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience. It was the truck that we have been looking for and priced fairly. They gave us a fair value for our trade-in and we were able to drive our new purchase home the same day. Mike was the salesman that we bought from and he was great. He followed up with us a few days after our purchase to be sure we were happy with our truck and if there was any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Mike! I also want to give a shout-out to whoever works in the detail shop. The truck was spotless. I would recommend Great Lakes to anyone.

This is somewhat late but well deserved. I ordered a new Bronco back in 2021 through Great lakes. At the time everything was back ordered and a long waiting list. My Wildtrac finally got the green light in 2023 and showed up at the dealership mid-summer. Don Sullivan was my salesman from day 1. Don made sure that I received the original price quote (2021) through 2 years of price increases which was several thousand dollars. He also made sure that I received all the incentives offered through Ford. I follow the all Bronco websites and know what was being offered from Ford and that some dealers were not following guidelines.
