My son shopped around for weeks looking for the car he wanted as his first big adult purchase. Found it at Karl Malone Ford Park City. Can’t tell you how amazing Federico Garcia. “Rico” was from them moment he greeted us as we stepped out of our car. Very kind and professional young man. I really appreciated that fact that he wasn’t a pushy “car salesman”. He didn’t give no fluff just very honest in his opinions and listened to everything my son and I wanted. He worked with us and made it happen. Not only did he find him great Toyota Tacoma but also a got him great deal. It was everything my son was looking for in his first car and then some. In January of 2024, we went to Karl Malone Ford to"look" at a used Super-Duty. We ended up BUYING the 2013 F350 Lariat. The buying experience with our salesman Justin was second to none! Fair negotiations, followed by a smooth transaction, and we drove away happy customers. Some warm and dry weather followed a few weeks later, and we noticed an oil leak. We contacted the dealer, and they resolved the issue at no charge to us. They even gave us a loaner until the repair was made. Fast forward another couple weeks, and we started experiencing the dreaded "death wobble"! The stabilizer was replaced, as well as tightening the rear airbags. We were informed that the extended warranty did not cover these repairs. The service department explained the situation, and the salesman Justin and the dealership went above and beyond to make things right! Karl Malone Ford has been an absolute great place to buy a vehicle from! THANK YOU!! We will be back! ????

Bought a 2022 RAM 1500. Excellent communication. They seemed to work as a team. Answered all the questions I had. Took care of the Titling and helped me out with questions after I got the vehicle. No hidden fees and the deal we made was what I got. ????????
