Just purchased a used vehicle from Karl Flammer, and it was actually a pleasant experience. It seems everyone has had a terrible experience somewhere in the past and buying a car winds up being very stressful. It wasn't that way this time. Lucas was very "normal", not pushy, not sneaky, not disingenuous. He was very easy to talk to, open with answers and had good advice. The deal was easy, we paid a fair price for a nice used car and I left with a good feeling. That's nice when you're spending a lot of money! Dealerships are only as good as their people and Lucas, at least, is great. Well done!

Small dealership with a level of personal attention long lost from other dealerships. Purchased and have serviced my Ford Mach E GT here, shockingly friendly and welcoming. After going to other dealerships for service and buying, I took a drive up to here just to try different places since I was never happy at the previous ones. Honestly, wow! Kudos to the Flammer family for maintaining that personal feel that had been long lost by Tampa dealerships.

Salesman Jovan was super to work with on trading my truck in for a new super duty. Absolutely no pressure, understood my situation and that I wasn’t in a great hurry to make a purchase. That alone is worth its weight in gold. Great communication all the way through. . Drove down from N Florida and he had everything ready to sign and go. Quickest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. Give this man a raise!! Their inventory on new trucks was most impressive. Definitely my first call moving forward for any ford vehicles for my business or family. Highly impressed.
