I bought a 2014 Dodge Van in 2018. After 6 weeks in Boise it must of been decided to give to a respected member. I went to Ken and bought a 2010. Larry’s in Boise is were I get my service done now???? Grateful they where right there to fix my issue…stand by I will give you an update. I’m Christian too. Oh thank you guys..what a blessing

I entered the band wagon late after seeing a picture of a particular Ford Bronco Heritage Edition in the color “Race Red”. I thought I could just go to a dealer near me and order one, but after many failed attempts and run-arounds, discovered that I had missed the order window by 4 months and that that specific combination was basically order only. You weren’t likely to find one on the lot. I even had a dealer in Houston looking for me. After doing search and misses myself, one popped up at Larry H. Miller Super Ford in Salt Lake City. It was late night and through the website I was conversing with one of the after hour help centers which, after inquiry, informed me that the vehicle was available for sale and that sales would contact me in the morning. Jordan Vigos contacted me, and at first, congratulated me on my choice. I was elated that I finally found one. My wife was going to be happy. However a short bit after he had to inform me a mistake had been made and the Bronco was an order by someone else. Needless to say, I was let-down and had even surrendered to the fact that I would not own that vehicle anytime soon. Two days later he called up and informed me they had another one arrive, and that the individual that ordered it bailed. He sent me the sticker and it was what I wanted. After thinking there would be an invoice mark-up above MSRP, I was completely surprised that there wasn’t. He sold it to me at MSRP + the adders which were the good things I wanted. The only thing left was getting it from Utah to Pasadena, Texas. Jordan helped me out with that too, and our new Bronco arrived a few days later in perfect condition. No up-sales, no price haggling, just honest, good old fashioned, professional business. Thanks Jordan! Mark & Lisa Van Den Bossche

We went to Larry Miller’s to look at 2024 Ford Mavericks. Surprisingly enough they had a bunch of them. We were specifically looking for a hybrid. Our sales person Jaden gets my highest recommendation. He had the knowledge to explain all the differences in the packages and the ones that were available. He spoke to all the features. He was great with us working to try and get our payment where we wanted it once we found the vehicle we wanted. . I can’t say enough about how nice and informed Jaden was. I bought a lot of cars in my 65 years of living. This was one of the easiest. They had the model I was looking for in a color that worked. Again, I can’t say enough about the job Jayden did. Now the other side of the coin, I can’t say that we went into the finance managers office to do the financing. It was one of the best financing experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t remember the finance managers name. He was very pushy when it came to extending warranties. He went as far as to say he had the same vehicle and he took the warranty. I explained to him that I’ve done a lot of research on it and these cars didn’t seem to have a lot of problems. We were right at the amount that we could afford on a monthly note. He didn’t really say it’ll be OK. Ford makes a great truck. I own one, but he kind of made it sound like he didn’t even trust Ford truck that he owned not to have problems. Needless to say, I’ll say it again. It was one of the worst financing office meetings. I’ve had Going to purchase a vehicle. Jaden‘s great service information and his helpfulness offset the experience I had in the finance office. I would give Jaden five stars all day long on how well he helped us.
