2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

I actually bought my car from here over a year ago, but recent experiences I’ve had with other dealers have reminded me how pleasant my experience was with Ivey. I found a car listed by Ivey online and placed a deposit over the phone and booked a flight out without seeing more than 5 photos of the car. Luke did a video call with me beforehand and showed me all of the “flaws” on the car and they were legitimately things that a normal dealer wouldn’t even point out, like rock chips the size of the tip of a pen. I flew in and Luke picked me up from the airport. The car was legitimately better condition than Luke described, true to his word. I am a big car enthusiast and have experience detailing cars and Ivey did a fantastic job polishing the paint and cleaning the car. I found one small issue that they were able to remedy on the spot. They let me do a test drive, the paperwork was a breeze, they got me a good financing rate through a local credit union. I drove the car 1500 miles home without an issue. I’ve had the car for just over a year and put over 20,000 miles on it. I have had zero issues that stem from my experience with Ivey, in fact every problem I have had with the car has come from the local dealers and shops who have had to service it. It makes me wish Ivey could keep working on it since everyone else seems to mess it up.

I do not normally post anything online; but, some things need to be shared. The outstanding service that Ivey Motorcars offers is one of those things. Ivey is known for their exceptional cars. Their moto, "Perfecting Pre-owned" is apt and accurate. Their dedication to providing only the best is evidenced in every car they carry. Vehichles on their lot have been cared for with such detail that each feels like a brand new car. We recently bought our 3rd vehichle from Ivey and worked directly with Luke. Wow! I cannot sing his praises loudly enough. Like his parents, this young man is continuing the tradition of excellence that Kevin and Julie modeled when they started Ivey Motorcars. His commitment to his craft and to his customers is second to none. We reached out to Luke to let him know we were in the market for another vehichle. He faithfully kept us updated on cars that matched our criteria and patiently allowed us time to decide on the best choice for our family. Luke recommended a car that we had not considered. When we went to test drive the car, Luke first pointed out a couple of imperfections on the vehichle. I am not sure I would have noticed if he had not made a point to show us; then, he shared the many features of the car as well as the fact that the car was still under warranty. He went over everything including upcoming service needs. Now, that's integrity! We love the car and we are so happy we purchased it. Our story does not end there though. After we purchased our new car from Ivey, we realized we needed a full evaluation on one of our older cars. Luke stepped in and with grace, kindness, and generosity helped us manage issues with a vehicle that we did not even buy from his dealership. I could continue about what an exceptional dealership Ivey is and what wonderful people the Ivey's are; but the truth is they are beyond exceptional, they are in a league of their own.

Luke and Mariella have done a wonderful job of helping me. She came in on her day off. She took time away from her kids to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you so much for helping us.
