2022 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

I had been searching for a f-150 lightning for a month, I’d had gone to 3 dealerships and tried to work a deal online for another one in the DFW metroplex. After much frustration and the dealerships in DFW digging their heels in and not even trying to help me, I found a lightning at wild west ford in Guymon, Oklahoma. Priscila (sales) and Abel (finance manager) worked the entire deal over the phone for me, valued my trade spot on with what I expected and made the whole process extremely easy. I have never bought a vehicle online or out of state and I was quite nervous about the process, but the team was very quick with information, answering my questions and putting the deal together. Literally called them on Tuesday to inquire, they made the deal on Wednesday, I left and drove half way wed evening, and arrived on Thursday morning just after they opened. I was in and out of the door in an hour and that was only because they were cleaning the truck. I have to say besides the long drive, this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you need a new ford, I’d suggest calling Priscila and Abel and they’ll take good care of you. Thanks for all your help!

Bought a 2021 F150! I was treated kindly by Priscilla. She was so respectful and polite. She even delivered the vehicle that I wanted to me. Didn’t have the key code but if you research it you can find the code very easily. I did anyways so it wasn’t needed. Thanks for the excellent customer service. if I ever buy another vehicle, I definitely will be looking here. This dealership has one of the most respectable, polite staff that I have ever worked with.
