2022 Ford Bronco Outer Banks Advanced 4x4

I am a real person and this actually happened yesterday: I called a few tire places and I wasn’t excited about the cost of tires. I called Strong Audi just to see if they were competitive and they were actually the lowest price. Taking my car in for an oil change and tires done by factory trained and certified Audi techs was a no brainer. Drew was awesome to work with. Very personable and educated on all aspects of the service my car needed. He actually called another service provider to see if my spark plugs were done by the previous owner. This saved me money because they were coming due in another 10k miles anyways.

I couldn’t have been more delighted with the service that I received with Strong Audi. I didn’t have an appointment yet, they were still able to get me in. They were able to get me a loaner car because I was in desperate need of one. Jason was tremendous in his follow up and attention to detail. I had things left in my car and he even offered to get those run up to me at my house. I absolutely love the detail that the technician gave, and the video that was sent to me describing the work that was being done to my vehicle. Extremely thorough and thoughtful. I will definitely be back for all of my service needs with Strong Audi. Thanks to Jason and everybody he works with!

My sales rep Steve Fry was absolutely amazing. He was very personable, transparent and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the purchase of my new Audi 5 stars for the car and Steve! The Finance manger Alan had killed all my excitement when walking into the finance office. He had a very rude tone once I wanted clarification and made me feel as if i didn’t belong in this Audi store. I let Steve know about this interaction and he brought back my excitement. He even sent me a printed out picture of my and my vehicle with a cute personal thank you note sent to my house. Thank you again Steve!
