2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

Everyone was amazing and customer service was excellent. Everything was explained fully in detail. My car was clean and they filled it up with gas before I left. The dealership was nice and cool and clean and everyone treated me like family. I definitely recommend going to Crossroads Ford in Henderson, NC.

I called on a Monday knowing that the service schedule was filled until the following week, but after explaining my situation and what happened, I was told to bring it in the next day. They set up a loaner vehicle and told me that I would be taking care of the issue. By 5 they called and the repair was complete. Awesome service team!
