If I could give a million ? I would. Long story short. My vehicle broke down in the middle of nowhere in NM. We were traveling from Dallas, TX, to CA. Anyway. With no ETA on diagnostic/repairs to mine. I decided to just try and buy a car so I could get my family back on the road and have a reliable vehicle. The local dealership where we were couldn't help me. Another local one a little farther in CO couldn't either. I was feeling defeated. So I called Phil Long Toyota, another local dealership in CO, to see if they were able to. And I am so glad I did. Ms. Lisa was amazing, not only on her quick responses and after hours at that, but she had RJ come pick me up at my hotel in the morning because I had no transportation to get to them. He was a very professional, really nice, genuine person. Upon arriving, I was greeted so nicely from everyone. She worked very, very hard, and got me approved for a very nice vehicle, used, but new to me and well taken care of. Worked with what I was working with as far as my down payment and got me within the payment range I was requesting and all. I'll forever be grateful for RJ, Ms. Lisa, and everyone at Phil Long Toyota. I drove off with a car that day and was able to get my family back on the road that night. We worked with Darby for a year through the pandemic on trying to find me a 4-Runner. I was getting sad thinking I wasn’t going to get one for a long time because Toyota had stopped making them for awhile and I didn’t want a used one unless it was a good deal! We stopped by one day after hours and they had one on the lot! It was used and saw a little wear and tear on the bumper and thought we could get it cheaper but they wouldn’t go lower to what we wanted. Then to our surprise one was coming from Japan! We got a call right away! Deposit was sent to lock it in and a month later I had my dream 4-Runner! Darby did an amazing job with us and didn’t hide no details on anything. She was very truthful. Some sales people can be a bit to handle and stress you out! Everyone at Phil Long in Trinidad have been amazing to us every time we go in for services on my car we are always welcomed! I absolutely love my 2022 4-Runner 4x4 Trail Lunar Rock color! I get so many compliments on it! Thank you Darby for helping us and making this experience the best on my buying a new vehicle especially coming in from New Mexico! I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful this little dealership was to us this morning. While on the way to Texas, the vehicle I was driving had a massive engine failure. We managed to limp to this Toyota dealership and when I tell you I was not looking forward to it, was an understatement. Then when we walked through the door, we met the staff. Emmy was our saleswoman and she is absolutely the best to work with. The whole staff works so well together to take care of you. They took care of everything from test drives, paperwork, and arrangements for the recently departed vehicle. They were so welcoming and thoughtful when it came to us as well as our children. With this wonderful staff we were able to get into a beautiful new vehicle and get home safely. I would recommend them to anyone from anywhere.
