Top notch service, large loaner fleet. I’ve owned other luxury brand vehicles and no other brand service department compares to Lexus. I have dealt with Lexus service departments in other cities over the years as I am on my 4th Lexus vehicle. They have all provided the same excellent service I expect as a luxury car owner.
Great coffee and cookies while you wait! I'm caretaker for my husband with dementia and live an hour away. They did the oil change early for me. This act of kindness makes such a difference in my life. Thank you, Price LeBlanc Lexus!
Purchased new ES300h on January 12th. Only car available in supply pipeline was a hybrid and that's exactly what we wanted! Sales Rep Allen Blount kept us updated on the new vehicle's travel across the country aboard railroad cars and trucks. Like proud parents waiting for the baby to arrive! "At a railhead in Lubbock, Texas," Allen told us one cold winter afternoon in February. How the hell did a car manufactured in Northeastern Kentucky end up in Lubbock, Texas we wondered. We finally took possession on Friday February 18th. Allen has had to set us up for lessons twice to learn all the new wonders of automatic tracking, GPS tracking by business name, weather radar, you name it. I used to be a commercial pilot but this car has more buttons to push than an airplane flight deck. Congratulations, Lexus. You outthought me by a mile! Errr, uhh. Make that 156 miles. That's what shows from the odometer on my iPhone app that watches the car wherever it happens to be. Right now it's safely parked at home. Ooops! One window isn't rolled all the way up. I better get out there and roll it up. -- George Sells
