My daughter was away at college and needed some car repairs, which can be stressful when you’re not nearby. Christi was available to answer all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. She was polite, professional, and worked closely with me to make sure all of the repairs were handled smoothly. Because of the excellent service I received from Christi, this dealership will definitely be our “home away from home” for any future repairs.

Audi Baton Rouge serviced my car providing an oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken immediately on arrival at my appointment time. The work was done quickly and the car was washed. I received a video from the service technician describing the work being done and overall condition of the car. This was my 3rd visit and each time they were very accommodating and took care of everything quickly.

Aaron was great at explaining diagnosis. Plus great customer service skills. As was the young lady who greated me, and the service technician who made the video diagnosis. AND my car was ready before the forecasted completion.
