Mike was transparent and communicated quickly the entire time. He made the process not only easy but also enjoyable. Mike clearly has a passion for Ford and Ford Performance that reflects in his work and makes me want to buy more Ford performance vehicles from him. The rest of the team I worked with was great as well, going above and beyond to make purchasing and taking delivery as easy as possible. I have many other Ford dealers much closer to me, but I will definitely be coming back to Gorno for my next vehicle purchase.
I have a 2024 mustang and she is my baby. Never had a car like this one. I wanted to find someplace I could take my car to be cared for. I decided to take it to Gorno Brothers. I talked with another dealer and to be honest I was not happy or confident after the conversation. Keely and a gentleman ( cannot remember name) checked me in and Gary drove me home. What an excellent experience. I was updated timely, and when I went to pick my car up it was like I had been going there for years. Keely was wonderful! Everyone commented on my car and I am confident they would take care of her like she was their own. Thank you Gorno Bros service department!
Gorno Ford truly is a "family" business. Each of the team members that I interacted with made you feel that they were one family and proud to be there.
