It was great experience working with Jim Buerke Lincoln Dealership. Their customer focus, end to end support and willingness to work with my needs was refreshing. I switched from Hyundai to Lincoln. I know Hyundai makes good cars however dealership experience made me switch over. I got a deal on my Hyundai Palisade that was better than what I got from Hyundai's own dealership, no mark ups like you see on their cars. My beautiful 2024 Nautilus was ready in a specific location inside the dealership location, I was oriented to my new car and was released after. Unlike my previous dealership experiences I was not asked by anyone on the team to give them a good rating because it's important to them. I felt valued as customer after switching to Lincoln and Jim Buerke.
