We had our first experience with Holmes-Tuttle Ford. We took our Lincoln in for annual service and had a recall addressed. Our Service Advisor, Rebecca was superb! She met us at the car the instant we pulled in and knew who we were. She told us it would be about 90 minutes and showed us where we could get a cup of complimentary coffee. 90 Minutes later, the car was washed, serviced and had the recall performed. Rebecca was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was a real pleasure to work with.
