2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

First off, these guys are first class! The lot is warm and welcoming, the cars are clean and they all present well! I live 3.5hrs away, looking for a very specific car. Luis reached out (I had forgotten all the messages I had sent, couldn’t remember who, what or where) and provided me the information. I explained my geographical issues, but I could send a family member up to inspect and drive - if it passed the test, and we could agree on numbers, I was interested. I had a couple sell prior to my arrival, without even a call. Putting a driver together to get me there is a bit of a plan that needs to be put together. Luis sent all the negative issues, which were very minor compared to the year. I sent a family out, she said it was beautiful, so we negotiated a price by phone. They took my deposit, and pulled all the marketing on the vehicle. Due to weather, I could only make it on a day they were closed. Luis understood my situation, and opened up the dealership so I was able to pick it up! Top notch service hands down, super respectful to my mother, had the vehicle pulled up and ready every time we made a time to come in. For a small dealership surrounded by large dealers everywhere around then, they still stood out! Luis not only answered ALL my questions at ALL times of the day/night, he always responded and made the process easy. Respectfully the owner came out and introduced himself (very humble). I would happily send any and all my friends and family, feeling comfortable they would be given the VIP treatment! Thanks Luis for working hard to earn my business! Car was absolutely stunning! We drove an hour and a half, from Sultan to Burlington, to look at a jeep that they had on their lot. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. We never felt pressured to buy. This was by far the easiest car purchase that we have ever made. Stephanie and Jason were wonderful to work with. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

They were very responsive in providing additional details on the vehicle including sending specifically requested photos and videos. They provided step-by-step instructions for all the paperwork, made shipping seamless, and provided timely updates every step of the way until the vehicle was unloaded at my door. I'd say I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, but they already sold me a mint, classic vehicle I plan to keep forever!
