We had an amazing buying experience at Ford of Pleasanton. Our salesperson Ally was very helpful at getting us a great deal. Since having both our vehicles totaled in January, it had been a nightmare and time consuming to find new vehicles and deal with the aftermath of our situation. I spoke with Ally and she made the whole experience the easiest we have ever had. We were in and out on our lunch break. They even brought our car down from Ford of Boerne for us. Everyone was great from sales with Ally, getting our new vehicle scheduled for our first oil change & finishing signing our papers with Josh. We will be recommending to all our family and friends!
