Since having both our vehicles totaled in January, it had been a nightmare and time consuming to find new vehicles and deal with the aftermath of our situation. I spoke with Ally and she made the whole experience the easiest we have ever had. We were in and out on our lunch break. They even brought our car down from Ford of Boerne for us.
