2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

Very impressed with Butler Ford. The second Ford Dealer I dealt with trying to secure a newer used vehicle. Was given the keys to the truck I was interested in and was able to test drive/inspect vehicle on my own. Sales professional was able to get my loan interest down 2% lower from what my credit union offered. Sales professional and finance manager answered all my questions and never pressured me into anything at any time. Took the truck I purchased camping about 3 hours away next weekend without any issues. Jeremy and Zachary did a great job with the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any auto sales.

Butler Ford is on another level. Angela and the technicians she works with are second to none. Late on a Friday I had an unexpected issue caused by human error and my F350 needed care to get back on the road. They refused to leave me stranded over the weekend and to say they jumped through hoops to help me was an understatement. The GM of the dealership also got involved to show support to myself and his team. I wish I could give them more stars!! If every service business was like Butler Ford the world would be a better place! Think about in general how poor customer service has become today! Not Butler Ford, they are OLD SCHOOL!!

We had an awesome experience on Monday with Butler Ford of Milledgeville, Georgia! We had been searching for our next vehicle and saw they had one we were interested in. We called and spoke with Ashtin Sims and told him we were about 45 minutes out. Not only were the prices lower but they had options that surpassed what our local dealers would offer. Upon arrival we were met with our requests and treated great by the staff. Our salesman, Ashtin Sims, was a pleasure to deal with! He was so personsonable, kind and down to earth! Not only were they able to meet our needs but did it in record time. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market, close friends and family. Our next purchase, we will definitely start with Butler Ford and certainly with Ashtin!
