2022 Ford Bronco Outer Banks Advanced 4x4

Chuck Greenlee is the best salesman. No pressure to buy after going 4 times. The service department took great care of my Bronco sport. But I traded for an Explorer and love it. I love their attitude and Terri in finance is fun to work with. I truly feel like I got a great deal. And most importantly that they care. I noticed a very minor defect day 2 and John Powell the General Sales Manager and Kevin in the collision center are wonderful hooking me up with getting it fixed. If this kind of service in the sales dept and service dept keep up, they have a customer for life.

Thanks to Chuck and Terri, I got my dream car and the process was SO simple and honestly even enjoyable during the actual purchase which I’d never experienced buying a car before! Extremely fair deal, respect for my limitations, full explanation on all details, and everyone was just so incredibly kind! I didn’t for one second feel as though I was being tricker or conned as you sometimes feel at a dealership in my experience. This was just hands down the best. Thank you all SO much, I am so happy!

It was my first time taking my Ford Fusion Hybrid for maintenance at Koons Ford of Annapolis. The intake was quick although it was really busy. The staff was very helpful. Mike reviewed the recommended services with me and was not pushy. I loved that there was a shuttle to take me back to work. I only needed routine maintenance and was happy with the work.
