I am always trying to learn something from sales people by their attitude and way of dealing customers. I learned two things from Marcus Gray. First, he sells what he loves. I realized he really loves what he is selling. He introduced me his cars in a full confidence. Second, I found that he has integrity. He didn't try to sell what he wanted. He paid keen attention to what I wanted. He listened to me all the time. I felt that I am cared and respected there. I am sincerely grateful to Marcus and his colleagues for their warm hospitality extended to me because I am a foreigner in here. They treated a minority like their own family with care and respect.

I usually hate trading cars, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had working with a dealer. Our salesman was great. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought and spent a lot of time showing us the features and how to use them. The sales manager and financial manager were also easy to work with. It took longer getting the truck ready than paperwork.
