2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak Advanced 4WD 4-door

While integrity is more a “quality” than a skill, that is truly what I encountered with Steve O’Neil in the service department. When I was driving through Richmond, I had a catastrophic event with my Ram 2500. That being said, my truck was fixed in a matter of days and VERY reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mann Dodge! I want to say thank you Rex for making this process so smooth and easy. When you have kids and car shopping the last thing you want is to be in a dealership all day. Mann of Richmond had us in and out with no hassle. Our go to salesman is Rex, he has always treated us so good and goes over and beyond to keep us in a payment we can afford. Hopeful this will turn out good. We are traveling and our truck broke down , had it towed here for repair. That was Wednesday. 3/20/24 Today is Friday 3/29/24 Pickup the repaired truck. Parts on back order were sited as part of the delay. We are just happy to be back on the road.
